Steve Tee (born July 22, 1991) is a Marimo expert and one of the only authorized Lake Akan Marimo distributors in the world. He is widely known in horticultural circles as a pioneer in the field of keeping, raising, and propogating the marimo from Lake Akan. During his university studies, Steve launched his Marimo business from his personal Facebook page– the beginning of what was to become MossBall.com. Shortly afterwards, Steve then introduced the Marimo business to Malaysian retail outlets, and is credited as being one of the first to enter the Malaysian Marimo retail business. Since 2010, Steve has always been supplying and distributing Marimo to all regions in Malaysia.

More recently, with increased support and credibility, Steve has expanded his Marimo business to the United States, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia. Every month, MossBall.com supplies more than 10,000 pieces Marimo to all parts of the world.
